Overcoming the Habit of Postponing Actions (Procrastination)

When do we procrastinate actions?

When do we postpone important things that we know we need to do for our success?

It is when we are not sure of success. It is when we are in doubt. Or, it is when the work is boring or unpleasant.

If you have been postponing something for long, look back to find out what is the reason. Once you know the reason, make a decision to do it now / today / this week, without any further delay. Make a commitment to yourself. Make a promise to yourself to finally do it. That is all it takes
